CBD Sustainable Ocean Initiative- Fostering dialogue for the sustainable use of fisheries resources

On 28 February, MEPs Ricardo Serrão Santos and Alain Cadec, Vice-Chairs of the EP Intergroup on “Climate Change, Biodiversity, and Sustainable Development” brought together the key partners of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) Sustainable Ocean Initiative (SOI) on the Global Dialogue between the Regional Fisheries Bodies (RFBs) and Regional Seas Organisations (RSOs), in an exchange of views with EU policy makers.

The panel included all partners in this initiative:
