FAO-CBD collaboration on Target 6

FEG had achieved, after much effort by Serge Garcia and Jake Rice to conclude an agreement between  FAO and CBD  for an  Expert meeting on the Aichi Biodiversity Target 6: Improving Progress Reporting and Facilitating Implementation. EBCD succeeded after much effort to find the funding for this  workshop, which  originally scheduled to take place at the end or 2015, is now to scheduled for February 9- 11, 2016.   The workshop funded mainly by FAO CBD and the Nordic Council of Ministers will be held in the FAO HQS in Rome. The outcome of this meeting is intended to be used/presented in the governing bodies of CBD (Council through SBSTTA) and FAO (COFI).
