  • What is the main goal you would like to achieve as Co-Chair of the Islands and Overseas Entities Working Group?
    “Investing in the sustainability of the Outermost Regions and developing work to make them an example for the entire European Union in this matter”.

 

  • If you had to choose one specific issue that you think needs to be primarily tackled during this parliamentary term, what would it be? And why?
    Concerted action by the European Union, which values ​​the Outermost Regions, which takes into account their particular characteristics. Also enforce the article 349 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, and ensure that this article will be transversal to all European Union policies.
